  When I originally commented I appear to have clicked
  the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now whenever a comment is added I recieve 4 emails with the same comment.
  Is there a way you can remove me from that service?

  First of all I want to say superb blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like
  to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to find out how
  you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing. I have had trouble
  clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out there.
